With a nod to the Red Star’s history and an eye to its future, the completed renovation maintains the building’s historic foundation while incorporating modern design elements as a way of expressing the established restaurant’s pioneering spirit – imagine Old West meets contemporary American design. Bold brick columns and antiqued glass light fixtures blend with modern taupe leather booths, which are crowned by an impressively large bourbon mural from local artist Ian Momsen.
